|
A little before midnight on July 23, the Stratford Fire Department responded to a working fire in Savoy Linen located at 895 Woodend Road. Members had a difficult time controlling the fire due to a confusing interior wall set-up in the 50,000 square foot, 82-year-old, one story cinderblock structure. The business leases linens to hotels and restaurants in the tri-state region, as well as Massachusetts.
